Your surgery is only the first step in your weight-loss journey. Changing your diet and exercise habits can sometimes be difficult. You do not have to do it alone! Many patients find it beneficial to connect with others going through the same changes, challenges and milestones. Support groups may also be beneficial to your significant others or primary caregiver. Groups usually meet the second Monday of each month in Swedish Medical Center's second floor conference center, rooms Pine B and Pine C, at the hospitals main location.

RegistrationThere is no need to RSVP for our support groups, but we would love to see you there! These meetings are open to all patients once they have completed their initial consultation.
